When living a fast and unpredictable life it’s great to always have some snack at hand in which you can indulge, even on a keto diet.
My favourite snack are fat-bombs, in case you never heard of what they are, shortly explained they are bite-sized snack with a lot of healthy fats. They can consist of a lot of high-fat ingredients, and don’t be mislead by the “high-fat” name because you need a lot of high fat foods on a balanced keto-diet plan. High-Fat ingredients can be:
– Oils (coconut)
– Dark chocolate (who doesn’t love chocolate)
– Peanut butter (SNICKERS TASTE!!)
– Bacon
– Cream cheese
There are a lot of great recipes out there you can find, i suggest you try some out for yourself and see which one you like the most, but to start here are a few of my favourite fat-bomb recipes:
KETO BROWNIE BOMBS
These are my favourite ones, they taste like brownies/ cookie dough/ heaven! The recipe is easy to follow and you can keep them in your freezer for a snack to go!

KETO CHEESECAKE FAT BOMBS
For anyone who loves cheesecake these are here to try for you! You can use fruits (strawberrries/ raspberries) or dark chocolate, whatever you like! I love these and even throw them into my morning mascarpone and strawberry breakfast bowl to make it a bit more fatty.
