On hot days I like to eat light meals, while still trying to reach my fat and protein macro’s. So what’s better than this sweet breakfast- (or lunch if you have the chance to sleep in) bowl filled with healthy keto fats and some sweet treats.
– 3 Strawberries
– Berries (blue/ red/ raspberries)
– 1/2 cups greek yoghurt
– 3 tbls Whipped cream
– Sweetener to taste (I used some honey)
Fill a bowl with the greek yoghurt and top with the cutted fruits and some wipped cream. If you’re making the wipped cream by yourself, make sure to add just a little bit of sweetener to it.
Top off with some honey or sweetener drizzle and enjoy!
