Today I found an amazing recipe online and had to share it. To be honest I am not really into sushi myself because I really dislike the taste of seaweed. I once went to South Korea and they ate seawood for breakfast, the taste made me almost puke. So when I tried this recipe today I just left out the nori sheets (seaweed) and it still turned out great! Even the hubby loved it and indulged in it. Hereby the recipe and macro’s, thanks to: instrupix!
